Today the chef made all kinds of little tartlets which is a mini tart and they were all delicious!
This the Bourdaloue pear tartlets which of course the base is a sweet pastry dough, the filling is almond cream and topped off with a pear.
And finally this is the Amandine tartlets, which is similar to the Bourdaloue pear tartlets it just differs at the end. Here after filling it with almond cream you just add almonds not pears.
